I chose a bar graph because personally I think it they are the easiest to read and understand. In addition, the different colors help to categorize the individual pieces of data. The labels on both X axis and Y axis represent which information is being shown. For example, the Y axis displays the total number of teens while the X axis shows the gender and type of computer boys and girls have. The data I am comparing is the amount of teenage boys and girls that have or use either a laptop or desktop computer. I choose this data because I thought it was very interesting mostly because today it seems as if everyone uses some sort of laptop. Having said that, I don’t think this chart is displaying any sort of argument; rather, it supports the claim that not everyone chooses to use a laptop.
