The graph illustrates the increase in herbicide tolerant soybean varieties in Arkansas and Illinois between the years 2000-2016. The graph shows that in both states the percent of herbicide tolerant soybeans has nearly risen to 100. Arkansas and Illinois both had a sharp increase between the years 2000 and 2002. Arkansas continued to increase significantly through to 2004 and eventually stabilized. Illinois shows a more consistent growth with slight decreases every other year between 2008 and 2014.
